Suggested use: Acceptable for all techniques. Covers red or orange brows. Use 2 drops of Illume or Neutralizer on cool toned skin. Can be used on the eyelids.
Directions for use: Do not mix with water or other thinning agents. To change consistency, only use Perma Blend Thinning or Shading Solutions.

Best practice: Before starting the procedure, we recommend that you ask your client how their body reacts to wounds to avoid undesired results. If your client says their skin tends to heal lighter or darker, this could be a sign of hyper- or hypopigmentation and cosmetic tattooing may not be a good fit for this client.
